In this course we will draw on the ancient knowledge, insight on the basis of the diversity of our perceptual capacities and the interrelated nature of these, Pratītyasamutpāda, and supported by investigations into balancing the different perceptions to become masters of our field of experience.
Dealing with the specific differentiations of our perceptual capacities, clearly shown in eastern inner-science, though rather ignored in modern societies. Holding the interrelated subject-object view of these will allow us to understand and gain insight into the positive complementary effects to our body-mind-reality condition.
Balancing our diverse and complementary perceptual capacities will empower us and provide influence on how we can re-attain our physical and mental strength. Helping ourselves and others/clients to do so as well. The immediate effect is the ability of the individual to take matters into their own hands, reducing the inner and outer stressors, opening our natural creativity for our actions to become more appropriate and accurate concerning self and others/nature even under challenging conditions like pandemics and the environmental problems we can expect to face in the future.
This course is particularly relevant for psychologists, psychotherapists and their clients, as this insight offers an excellent chance for regaining resilience and grit, and for withstanding fear, anxiety or depressive patterns in the face of present-day challenges. However, this insight is equally relevant for us all as these problematic conditions are pervading both us and society massively.
The immediate effect is the ability of the individual to take matters into their own hands, empowering the individual and helping reduce the inner and outer stressors, opening our natural creativity for our actions to become more appropriate and accurate.
